Practical Digitizing

  • Chestnut Ridge Sewing 5079 T.R. 401 44654 United States (map)

In this series of classes, students will learn techniques they will need to be able to accomplish everyday digitizing projects. We will learn the proper alignment of designs and focus primarily on manual digitizing. By the end of class, students should be
able to digitize logos and drawings.

Class #2 focuses on fills. This includes satin, step, lace, and fancy fills as well as applique. We will discuss when to use each fill and how to adjust the parameters to best meet your needs. We will spend time learning when and how to use the Remove Overlaps feature.

We will review homework from Lesson #1.
